Myrror Security, an Israeli company specializing in application security for organizations using open-source packages, has officially launched with $6 million in seed funding from notable investors Blumberg Capital and Entrée Capital. Myrror Security’s primary mission is to enhance the security of enterprise Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, especially in light of the growing threat of software supply chain attacks exploiting open-source dependencies and CI/CD pipelines. This injection of capital will empower the company to improve its product capabilities and expand its distribution channels, enabling it to better address the security challenges faced by organizations relying on open-source software.
