Volvo Group has launched a new track for early-stage startups at its global innovation hub, CampX. The CampX Incubator aims to support startups in developing sustainable mobility innovations, with a focus on electromobility, autonomous vehicles, and digital solutions. The incubator will give startups access to mentoring, networks, and business insights from Volvo Group experts. The first batch of incubator startups are working in high-tech areas such as precise radar positioning, 3D environment simulation, thermal management solutions for electromobility, automated tire pressure measurement, and multi-spectral camera technology. The CampX concept was first launched in Gothenburg, Sweden in 2019 and has since expanded to France, India, and North America.
